OEKAKI BOARD
if you like drawing, please take a moment to visit the oekaki board?
if you're not familiar with oekaki, it's basically a drawing board. users can draw images using a java-based applet and then submit them to the board. other users can then comment on them.
this site currently has two different boards, one for drawing and one for uploading images. i want to keep the boards pretty casual, so there are no skill levels or anything. i will be working on some help files to aid people who aren't familiar with oekaki and putting them up here as time permits.
before entering the boards, please read the following 5 rules first:
1. put some effort into your submissions. try to spend at least 20 minutes on your drawing. if you run out of time you may repaint your picture later to finish it.
2. try to make your drawings j-rock/visual kei related. other themes are welcome too, but try to stick to j-rock ok?
3. feel free to comment on other people's drawings, but remember to be kind when doing so. no flamming/trolling.
4. no test posts, blank posts or drawings that obviously didn't require any effort [e.g.: a stick figure with a caption saying 'this is mana']. they'll be deleted.
5. NO EXCESSIVE VIOLENCE, NO DISTASTEFUL NUDITY AND NO SORT OF HATE SPEECH IS ALLOWED. such contributions will be deleted. mild hentai/yaoi is permitted.
